ABOUT FLORIDA CAREER COLLEGE - Lauderdale Lakes Campus
The Florida Career College Lauderdale Lakes campus is proud to welcome you as a future student. As you start forward on your journey to new skills and a new career, we are here to support you along the way. One of the many things that sets FCC Lauderdale Lakes aside from other vocational colleges is that we have programs that allow you to learn according to your style, and challenges you to ensure you succeed in your future career. We provide you with the tools you need, and our campus offers smaller classes. The Lauderdale Lakes campus has a smaller student to teacher ratio, which means you can receive the personalized attention you need every step of the way.
As a student here at the Lauderdale Lakes trade school, you will enjoy a personal feel to your education. For example, our instructors greet each student, by name, as you enter and leave the classroom. We believe that this personal interaction helps you succeed. We know that your education is important too and that is why we are happy to say that our campus is accredited. In fact, Florida Career College is accredited by the Commission of the Council on Occupational Education.
Our unique approach to learning is inclusive and we utilize several strategies to ensure your success. Each one of our instructors focuses on a real-world, hands-on approach to learning so that you gain the knowledge and skills you need. At the Florida Career College Lauderdale Lakes campus, you can expect these three teams to be a part of your journey:
- Admissions Team: All students are invited to schedule a campus tour of our career training school. This is your chance to meet instructors, see the campus, and learn more about how to enroll in classes.
- Financial Aid Team: Students who register for classes will have the chance to speak with our student finance advisors. They will go over your available options for school. Financial aid is available to those who qualify.
- Career Services Team: Students can work closely with our career services team to learn about new opportunities, practice interviewing, and build their resume*.
When I graduated from High School I didn't receive my Diploma but I was able to walk across the stage, only to receive a certificate of completion. You can say that I wasn't happy, I was so upset that I just lost it emotionally, I was just lost. Present day, I am attending Florida Career College where I have received my High School Diploma and I am in the best program, in my opinion, and I am also a Work Study. So my life just upgraded to infinity because of the opportunities that have and will open up for me
