Career Outcomes

In addition to X-Ray scope operation, students are also taught back office skills such as venipuncture, medication administration, injections, electrocardiography, and certain CLIA waived labs, digital Image processing and X‐ray film processing. Graduates of this program will learn the skills necessary to help them qualify for entry-level employment as a Limited Scope X-Ray Technician.

    About the Program

    This one-year program focuses on teaching you theory and practical skills related to X-ray. You’ll learn techniques such as electrocardiography, digital image processing, and X-ray film processing. At the end of your program, you’ll get to practice what you’ve learned and get on-the-job training in an externship in the office of a local employment partner.
