Medical Front Office and Billing Training Program
FCC’s Medical Front Office and Billing Training Program provides students with the knowledge, skills, and hands-on training to begin a new medical front office and billing career.
The front desk is often the first thing a patient sees when they enter a healthcare clinic or hospital. Typically, this is where patients check-in for their appointments, schedule future appointments, and pay for the services they will receive at a clinic. Medical front office specialists are often tasked with ensuring that front-office tasks are handled so that the office operates smoothly.
Additionally, front office specialists work with insurance companies, patients, and other payers to ensure the services they provide are paid for. These services are vital for the sustainability of all hospitals and healthcare clinics. Needless to say, Medical Office and Billing positions provide services that ensure the viability and success of a clinic, making sure they continue to provide top-of-the-line healthcare services for patients.
FCC’s Medical Front Office and Billing program will prepare you for medical front office and billing roles in hospitals, health clinics, and other healthcare facilities. The program can be completed, and you can earn your diploma in as few as 10 months, which means you can be on track toward a new and rewarding healthcare career in less than a year.
